What happens to my photos?

Your photos stay private and are used only to create the preview or personalized keepsake book you request. The free-preview photo and generated sample are automatically deleted from storage within 24 hours. The 12 photos uploaded after a paid order remain available through proof, production, and delivery, then are deleted 30 days after delivery. We never sell your photos or use them publicly, in ads, or as samples without separate permission.

You receive a professionally printed, full-size 8.5 × 11 perfect-bound keepsake book—not a digital download, loose sheets, or a stapled booklet. It has a 100-lb laminated glossy outer cover and 60 smooth 60-lb uncoated interior pages made for coloring, remembering, and keeping.

Each personalized keepsake book has 60 printed interior pages: 12 original-photo pages, 12 matching coloring pages, two memory galleries, eight occasion-specific keepsake pages, 12 games with a complete answer key, a personal message, a certificate, add-your-own-memory pages, notes, and a closing page. Every book is personally curated and checked, and you approve the complete proof before printing.

How many photos do I need?

You need 12 unique photos for the finished keepsake book. The free-preview photo is separate and does not count. After purchase, your private form collects and arranges all 12 book photos.

Will I see the whole book before it is printed?

Yes. You review every page of the complete keepsake book in a private digital proof. One revision is included, and nothing is approved for printing until you say it is ready.

When will my book arrive, and is shipping free?

Free tracked U.S. shipping is included with every keepsake book. Printing normally starts within 1 business day after you approve the final proof. Most U.S. orders arrive 13–16 business days after final approval. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, so please allow extra time for date-specific gifts.

What if I do not love the proof?

Your personalized keepsake book order includes a complete digital proof and one revision. If it still is not right, contact hello@yououtlined.com before final proof approval and printing to request a refund. Approved requests receive the amount paid minus a $10 personalized design fee. After final approval, personalized orders cannot be canceled for approved choices. Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect keepsake books are covered separately.

Can the book include friends, pets and places?

Yes. Your personalized keepsake book can include people, pets, hobbies, backyards, parks, and approved venue references that help tell the story. Upload only photos you have permission to use.

Can a real-estate agent create a personalized closing gift?

Yes. Choose Buyer, Seller, or Both and complete checkout. The private form collects the property address, photo permission, client details, headshot, company logo, and closing message. The Buyer keepsake book becomes a useful welcome-home guide and place for future memories. The Seller keepsake book preserves the home's story through authorized listing photos, goodbye notes, and meaningful prompts. We design the complete 60-page keepsake book and send the proof for approval before printing.
