Photo & Personalization Privacy Notice

Your photos and personalization details stay private. We use them only to create the preview or book you request, provide your proof, fulfill your order and support you.
How long files remain available
- Free preview: the original photo and generated preview stay separate from every order and are automatically deleted from our storage within 24 hours.
- Paid order: submitted photos and generated book files remain available through proof, production and delivery, then are deleted 30 days after delivery.
What we never do without separate permission
We do not sell your photos. We do not publish them or use them in advertising, social media, public samples, portfolios or product demonstrations unless you separately and clearly give permission.
Your controls
You can delete a free preview immediately with the “Delete this preview now” button; it never becomes part of a paid order. To request deletion of photos uploaded through a paid order, contact hello@yououtlined.com or call 747-944-9797. We may retain limited transaction records when required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or legal compliance; those records do not include the uploaded photo files after their deletion date.
No email required for a preview
The free preview does not ask for or collect an email address. Service emails begin only after checkout, using the email provided with the paid order.
