Shipping policy

Every You, Outlined book is personalized, made to order, and approved by the customer before printing.

Creation and Proof Approval

After checkout, customers receive a private form to upload the remaining photographs, captions, personal message, and book selections. Production timing begins only after all required materials are submitted and the customer approves the complete digital proof. One revision is included before approval.

Printing and Delivery

After final proof approval, the order normally enters print production within one business day. Most U.S. orders arrive within 12–14 business days after final proof approval.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Requested revisions, high-volume periods, carrier disruptions, severe weather, or an incorrect shipping address can extend the delivery time.

Available shipping methods, costs, and destinations are displayed during checkout. Tracking information is emailed when the print partner ships the order.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping address during checkout. Email hello@yououtlined.com immediately if you need to correct an address.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after a book enters print production. Customers may be responsible for replacement and reshipping costs when an incorrect or incomplete address was submitted.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period or a package arrives damaged, email hello@yououtlined.com with the order number and clear photographs when applicable. We will investigate with the carrier or print partner and provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.
